我们在Shama Ekkamai的三居室公寓住了8个月，总体来说体验有好有坏，但总体来说是积极的。 公寓面积很大，对于我们一家四口（4个大人，2个小孩）来说非常舒适。地理位置也很棒——就在Big C Ekkamai超市后面，步行约15分钟即可到达BTS Ekkamai站和Gateway购物中心。 特别要感谢楼宇经理Jai，她非常出色。她友善、反应迅速且非常专业，任何问题通常都能在24-72小时内得到解决。维修团队也非常优秀可靠。 作为Shama这样知名的品牌，我们原本期待更好的服务。虽然Shama被标榜为服务式公寓，但并不提供早餐、客房清洁和更换床单等服务。搬家也很不方便，因为没有手推车或搬运车。 遗憾的是，我们与日间保安的接触并不愉快。物业态度常常不友好，而且我们被要求承担一些本应由保安负责的任务。例如，如果要使用地下室卸货，我们却被要求摇下车窗通知保安。大门没有自动安全栏，保安不会主动检查司机是否进出，而是每次都要求我们自己告知。作为外国人，这在使用Grab或Bolt等网约车服务时尤其不便，因为司机可能英语不太好。在大多数公寓，这种沟通都是由司机和保安直接进行的，而不是由租户负责。 此外，包裹递送的安全也是一个问题。所有递送的物品都被放在大堂外的桌子上，那里是指定的递送区域。不幸的是，没有任何安全措施来保护包裹，因此被盗是租户们非常担心的问题。 我们还住在泳池对面，没有遮雨的走道，下雨天出行很不方便，尤其是有小孩的家庭。 而且，窗户也不隔音。几乎每个工作日下午3点以后以及周末，泳池边都会传来孩子们的喧闹声，而管理人员却鲜有干预。 总的来说，Shama Ekkamai 公寓空间宽敞、地理位置优越，且维护服务到位，因此非常适合大家庭居住。但如果能改进安保措施并提高服务式公寓的标准，入住体验将会得到极大提升。

毗邻Big C超市。 虽然房龄稍长，但宽敞的格局（超过200平方米）非常适合家庭居住，大阳台也适合举办家庭聚会。 由于主要面向家庭，因此不建议受儿童噪音困扰的人士入住。 允许携带宠物，这也是该公寓的另一大亮点。 公寓设有成人泳池和儿童泳池，但由于儿童众多，难以享受舒适的休闲时光。
